Our Casting Workshop
Wax Injection Workshop (with constant temperature and humidity):
● Equipped with digital wax injection machine and large wax injection machine, totally 18 injectors;
Max size of producible mold is 1200mm x 1000mm x 800mm
Shell Molding Workshop (with constant temperature and humidity):
● Using automatic cleaning line equipment for wax pattern;
full-automatic shell molding shop with 11 robot arms to reduce labor intensity;
Casting Workshop
The area of casting workshop is 1,600 m2 for phase 1.

Casting Treatment Workshop:
● High efficiency automatic catenary shot blasting machine, herringbone track shot blasting machine, belt shot blasting machine and automatic cleaning line are put into the casting treatment workshop to adapt to various types casting production.
Machine Shop
Chieftech operates its own machine shop equipped with high-precision machinery, primarily consisting of 10 sets of CNC lathes imported from Taiwan, 4 sets of four-axis machining centers, 3 sets of drilling machines, 4 sets of tapping machines, and other equipment. Additionally, our sister factory in Guangdong Province houses 22 sets of CNC lathes and 11 sets of four-axis machining centers. With advanced facilities, comprehensive testing equipment, and an experienced technical team, the shop achieves a precision level of up to 0.005mm, thereby better enabling the integration of casting and machining processes.
