The shell moulding workshop is 2,200 m2 (for phase 1) with constant temperature and humidity
Casting Workshop
● Equipped with 3 sets of 200kg intermediate frequency furnace
Using manipulator for large and heavy products
Casting Treatment
The processing workshop is 3,200 m2 for phase 1.
Machine Shop
Chieftech has its own machine shop with some high-precision equipment, mainly including 10 sets of CNC-Lathes imported from Taiwan, 4 sets of four-axis machining centers, 3 sets of drilling machines, 4 sets of tapping machines and so on. Meanwhile, there are 22 sets of CNC-Lathes and 11 sets of Four-axis machining centers in our sister factory in Guangdong province. With advanced facilities, perfect testing equipment and experienced technical team, the accuracy can reach up to 0.005mm, to better realize the integration of casting and machining.
